Founder & Product Specialist
Paul opened Value Blinds and Shutters from his house in 2003 with two core values in mind: provide the best customer service possible and stand behind your work. He has made sure those values stuck around, and he continues to do so. When he isn't working, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and trying to break 100 on the golf course.
Product Specialist
Ashley joined Value Blinds and Shutters in 2018 with a huge talent and passion for art. She has taken that talent to the interior design space and helps customers find products that fit their needs best. When she isn't working you can find Ashley playing with her dogs Tito and Layla or working toward her pilot license.
Master Installer
Josh joined Value Blinds and Shutters in 2018 with an extensive background in fabrication. When Josh isn't working you can find him coaching softball or hanging out with his German Shepherds, Zena and Barett.
Master Installer
Mike joined Value Blinds and Shutters in 2016 after working as an electrician. Mike is our specialist when it comes to automated shades. When he isn't working, you'll find Mike hiking around Colorado with his dog Tinkerbell.
Business Development
Lucas joined Value Blinds and Shutters full time in 2023 after working summers while in college. In his free time, Lucas enjoys coaching baseball, playing guitar, and enjoying the outdoors.
Showroom Manager
Anne joined Value Blinds and Shutters in 2013 and has made thousands of happy customers since. Anne loves to make the customer happy and we are very lucky to have her on our team. When she isn't working, Anne enjoys watching classic movies and spending time with her son.

Our own salaried installers handle the most important step. You get a photo before they arrive, and they treat your home as if it were their own.
We're your local warranty center. Your products carry a lifetime warranty, and for the first 5 years in-home service is free too — no parts, labor, or trip charges. After that, just a small trip charge.
